ByMiel Technologies built the Profiteering Analysis application as a productivity and analysis tool. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.
1. Information We Collect
Profiteering Analysis does not require users to create an account or sign in. The developer does not operate a server that collects the analysis data entered into the application.
Information entered by users, such as reference numbers, company names, product names, prices, costs, officer names, analysis dates, and analysis results, is processed for the purpose of performing calculations and generating reports.
2. Local Storage
Analysis records and application settings may be stored locally on the user's device. This data remains under the user's control and is not transmitted to ByMiel Technologies.
Users may remove locally stored data by deleting records within the application, clearing the application's storage, or uninstalling the application.
3. PDF Reports, Backup and Sharing
The application may allow users to generate, save, preview, back up, restore, or share PDF and data files. These actions are initiated by the user. Files may be stored on the device or shared through applications and services selected by the user.
ByMiel Technologies does not receive files created or shared by the user unless the user independently sends them to the developer.
4. Google Play Billing
Profiteering Analysis may offer optional premium subscriptions or in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payment information is processed by Google Play and is not collected or stored by ByMiel Technologies.
The application may receive limited purchase-related information from Google Play, such as purchase status, product identifier, subscription entitlement, and transaction confirmation, solely to activate or restore premium features.
5. Device Permissions
The application may request access to device features or storage only when required for functions such as selecting files, saving reports, restoring backups, or sharing documents. Permissions are used only for the function requested by the user.
6. Advertising and Tracking
Profiteering Analysis does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising trackers for behavioural advertising.
7. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on services provided by Google Play, including app distribution, licensing, purchase processing, security, and crash or performance services supplied by the Android or Google Play environment. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
8. Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect the application and locally stored data. However, no electronic storage method or device is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their device, backups, and exported reports.
9. Children's Privacy
Profiteering Analysis is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. ByMiel Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Government Affiliation
Profiteering Analysis is an independently developed application. It is not an official government application and does not represent or claim endorsement by any government agency unless expressly stated in an official distribution arrangement.
